Story

Welcome to I'll Be Your HuckleBakery Café! I'm Chrystyna "Chrys," the proud owner and operator of this family-run business, which includes my husband and two talented daughters.

My journey began in education, where I dedicated 16 years in education, with 10 years as a special education teacher. For 21 years, I raised my two beautiful daughters as a single mom, with my oldest daughter's special needs guiding my passion for teaching. As she entered the adult world, I became increasingly troubled by the struggles she faced in finding her place. This experience inspired me to create a supportive work environment where she could thrive.

Opening my own coffee and bakery business has always been a childhood dream of mine. While I attempted to pursue this passion when my oldest was a toddler, life took me in a different direction. After she graduated high school and faced challenges in finding her place in the adult world, I recognized it was time for me to embark on a new journey as an entrepreneur. This venture allows me to finally chase my dram while creating a safe and supportive working environment for my daughter as she navigates adulthood. Thus, our exciting journey began!

After retiring from teaching, I purchased a small 2-horse trailer and began the exciting journey of converting it into a mobile kitchen. Despite facing family hardship, my determination to support my daughter and help her succeed never wavered. This passion fueled the opening of I'll Be Your HuckleBakery Café, creating a space where my dream can thrive.

The profits will help complete the trailer, cover startup costs, and contribute to the grand opening of our mobile café bringing delicious treats, coffee, loose leaf teas, and lemonade to our community.
